Shakshouka is a dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion and garlic. It’s spiced with cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper. The name comes from the Tunisian word for shaken up. Popular throughout North Africa and Middle East. It’s standard breakfast and lunch in Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt. Thanks Scott. I learned a new dish.

Hahaha, I'm a big parsley fan. Parsely has huge nutritional value. One of my favorite things to cook, which is pretty boring to people I guess, is, I cook spaghetti, and then take a small can of premium Tuna fish and shred it into the spaghetti and put chopped parsely over it. Simple, easy and tasty in my opinion. I like parsley a lot better than Kale. It's great for you.

Wikipedia: Marinara is tomato sauce, but it's a thinner, simplier sauce that cooks very quickly: It only needs to simmer for about an hour. The sauce gets its characteristic flavor by the addition of garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and herbs like basil and oregano.May 3, 2024

🔧Howdy Static. Possibility, your new misfire could be due to a fouled spark plug. If the coil you replaced was faulty and not sending current, it could have caused the spark plug to foul out. 🤙😎✌️ #vanlife #nomad

Hello, Scott, I have a 2001 Toyota Echo, that was having REALLY rough idling/engine shaking, poor performance, and my OBD2 code reader showed a P0302 code (cylinder 2 misfire). Thanks to KZbin university, I was able to DIY change out both ignition coils AND spark plugs (spark plugs looked pretty bad - dry carbon deposit), and now the Echo is back to running GREAT again! That being said, maybe check the spark plugs as well??? Good luck in your troubleshooting efforts, and thanks for sharing another fabulous video of the State Park! Cheers, Francisca aka auntifranny

I think it would be important to ask yourself if you "want" to display it. But so kind to think of us Scott. I don't know what all that Cascadia stuff is about (I'll have to Google), but Sasquatch is my dude! Update: I just googled and found the Wikipedia page on the Cascadia (aka Doug) Flag. From the original designer: "Unlike many flags, this is not a flag of blood, nor of the glory of a nation, but a love of the bioregion; our ecological family and its natural boundaries; the place in which we live and love." Not sure how anyone could be offended by this flag given the description, and I have to say I much prefer your Sasquatch version
