Congratulations! Excellent Eddie Woo! A correct statement of what the Normal distribution represents, at 0:21 to 0:28, around the sneeze and the "Bless you." It represents, as Eddie says, a whole lot of things, here comes the important part, "that are the result of a lot of independent processes." Anybody who tells you that this-and-such is normally distributed is very often lying. No single thing in the real world arrives with its own bell curve. The bell curve is the result of there being a whole lot of different and independent things at work, not of any single curve.
