Thanks mam but I have question you told that the we will use non-parametric test when the distribution is skewed ( or not normalized ) and the data is Qualitative but conisder a scenario we have skewed distribution but the data is quantitative so which test we will, as you said that Parametric is uesd when we have quatitative data or we can also conisder that if the data is qualitative but the distrribution is normal so which test we will use?

Complete information about population refers to the known population parameters such as mean, variance and standard deviation. We know it maybe because the population size isn't that large or maybe we have complete information about the population.
