I have been in this statistics class for 6 weeks and have struggled to wrap my head around standard deviation. This video has helped a LOT. My textbook tells how to calculate and graph things but isn't good at all showing the practical end. Thank you!

Sorry for the delay. To be honest I really don't know much about statistical aggregators for sports data. My feeling about sports statistics is that there are already very robust forums and websites that do the work for you. Odds in Las Vegas already have the stats built in to the odds and spreads. In general, many sports statistics are only useful if they are recent. How teams match up, players on a roll, home/away, injuries... Those are more important. Conventional wisdom is usually right.

@Brandon I've a question. For example I have collected data on "amount of household income" from 100 families in the same location at 2018 and 2019. After that I have calculated the SD value for each years and found as SD for 2018 is 3.93, and for 2019 as 4.60. How can I interpret these results? And should I assume that there are enumerator's biasness?

have you ever heard of the zcode system or tony cross nfl system? supposedly theyre sytsems in which gather data from 1999 to present and u subscribe to them and they give you the best possible picks for who to bet on who will win....i was thinking about buying the tony cross nfl system but its 300$ for the season....do you think these things are scams or whats your intake?
