Do you have any idea what the piece at 12:00 is? My friend told me he recently donated some spawn figures but was curious as to what some of them might’ve cost. I can’t find this one you show at 12:00 ANYWHERE on the internet and it’s insane, and he’s pretty sure it’s the one he donated.

Killer collection, my friend! Agreed that McFarlane Toys as it stands now has some growing pains, to say the least. However, I give major credit to the fact that McFarlane does not rely on repainting the same molds over and over (occasionally there are still the variants, though). My observation is that he is trying to make affordable figures that look as awesome as possible. But the MAIN sticking point here is nowadays people want ARTICULATION. As do I. It seems to be a trade-off between detail and articulation. Personally I've ached for an articulated Spawn for years and even coughed up dough for the aftermarket figure that came with the cross. I'm less interested in 'movable statues' and more interested in articulated figures. I think McFarlane is just responding to the demand.

Great video Calvin. I still have the OG action figures from the 90's mint in box, sadly they're not worth anything outside of nostalgic value. To this day I would love it if McFarlane would just let P1 do a 1/3rd classic Spawn statue with a sculpted cape. I know it will never happen, at least not until McFarlane is dead and buried since he won't license Spawn out to anyone.

action figures are way better now than they were back in the day better paint better detail and way more articulation and action figures are way better than statues and worth more money the fact that you think those old shitty action figures are better than todd mcfarlane's new action figures make me think that you do nothing about action figures and none of those are action figures action figures are 7 inches and smaller
