Fear is never the problem. Fear is normal. What you do when afraid is the important question. Facing the fear head on should be the choice 100% of the time.

Dont be ashamed that you are affraid, you were just shown what you need to face to imrove. That is my understanding of the lesson. Feel free add on this if you think its incomplete.

Fear is like fire, if you can control it, it can cook for you, give you light in the dark or burn everything around you

Mind, body, and technique. Develop these three aspects in fighting. Your most difficult and dangerous opponent is your own mind.

This is fine content. But Im wondering where you are pulling this information from. I have read both the Dokodo and The Book of Five Rings and I dont remember Musashi ever addressing the concept of fear. Your content is good, however I think you're taking general advice from other sources or your own mind and just attaching Musashi's name to it for views and to give what you're saying the illusion of coming from somebody we should be listening to.
