You are amazing! You are an inspiration to me! The first time I picked up this machine, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I had a lot of difficulty, but after I watched your video, it encouraged me to master the machine! Congratulations! Thank you very much! God bless you!

I run a M8 Moffett daily and it's a stout machine. Mine has the "double reach" so my forks can reach accross the trailer. It's so nice because I can unload the whole truck from one side.

Stavros I was only joking mate. [more towards tracked vehicles] lol. Volvo FM.... Ah yes, fond memories from way back in time. Thanks again for this weeks wonderful video Stavros on the wondrous little Moffett mobile forklift, more so the older one from under the tree (recognised by taillights). I must say I for one did not know these were/are so versatile when in use on the way it drove up the incline and then down backwards then next the gradients on the turn and the depth of water it could drive through, even with the water over the rear tail lights. Now... with the competition added in too, I see many more coming your way. Seen many the (older) Moffett's hanging on for dear life (lol) on the trailers on the road and once or twice being used up to 2010, could of done with one on the back of my trailer quite a few times. Not been driving since then, so not seen many since 2010, newer models.

We also have Moffett truck mounted forklifts here in the US also. But you will normally see them mounted on the back of flatbed trucks or flatbed tractor-trailers.

Had these on several firms I worked for in the 90s. Great tool and easy to use. A pig when empty on a tri axle trailer especially if there was no lift axle on the trailer. Lot of weight hanging off the back and seen a few lose it and jackknife. Thankfully not something I experienced

You could only do it because it was already lifted off the chains. In real life you would need to start, turn the wheel straight and lift it off the chains. Still doable under 60

Moffett lol, I drive one and it is the most useless design I have seen...the tricycle crap makes going over bumps horrible, it gets stuck everywhere even on gravel again because of the stupid single steer tire, and has no power stalls all the time. Junk.
