I heard this song for the first time in Malta. I walked the streets of Valletta. The evening was unusually cold and windy. I was drawn to the sound from a nearby bar. Some dj was playing this thing. It sounded kind of nostalgic to me, but comforting at the same time. I liked it very much. I still get that feeling when I hear it.

Got to heard this thanks to this guy whom I believe is the love of my life. I even remember him saying "listen to that sax, so lovely". Ok now explain this to me… It was a dusky warm spring evening, and we had been out all day. When we got home, and as we started to prepare the cooking, I looked for a song to play on KZbin. I played a mixture of smooth Ibiza vibes and progressive chill playlists, and the evening sun started to set, drawing the day to a close. I poured us a glass of red wine, and we sipped, savouring the flavour as silky vanilla and bitter chocolate notes flowed gently round my mouth. That lovely relaxing head buzz you get from your first glass of wine put me into a beautifully chilled state of mind and I felt like time didn’t exist. It doesn’t always do that, but this time, it was perfect. I went to select another song, and I saw this in the search bar history results, as if I had played it before. I swear I have never heard of this song in my life, and yet it was the perfect track for the evening. If that’s a KZbin algorithm at work, I am astonished. It felt like the universe gifted it to me. It felt like that I somehow attracted a song with the same level of vibration, beauty and depth as I was feeling in the moment I found it. Incredible.
