I used this whit a plugged nose. No way to breath trought one side. This thing cleard it out hahaha.

Do you sometimes try to get some air from your arms and legs? 😂 I do... sometimes it works.. like you can squeeze them to get bubbles ☺️ 😂 But then you get involuntary movements of your arms and legs lol 😂... also not pleasant 😂

I just don’t breath.. 🤔 I try to take as much air as possible away-out of my System ☺️ and jump around do some kicks and stuff 🤔 not much but some 50 monofin tryout kicks on earth ... 30.. later 40.. 50.. Recovering from each it’s not pleasant 😂 lots of pee urge !!!
