It's true my brother had a green card and stayed for 3 yrs outside and returned back without any issues just some questions by the officers . It depends on the officer and port of entry (Airport).

Interesting. My grand parents have made multiple 6 month visits back and forth for more than 10 years but couldn't travel due to illness. They still have a valid greencard for 6 more years but their last visit was in 2018. You would recommend flying anyway? No SB1 Visa?

Hi Maam, I am watching your videos. My grandparents denied when they applied for SB-1 for they overstayed outside the Philippines for 2 years because of pandemic and major accident of my grandpa. Their greencard also expired last June 2022. Whats the best thing to do if they still want to go back to US despite refusal feom embassy? Would appreciate any advice.

Hi! Really hoping you could offer me some advice. My green card is still valid but I've been outside the US for about 5 years now, mainly because I went to uni then covid happened. My visa expired way back. I was planning to apply for SB-1 visa 'till I saw your video. Is it still advisable to try booking a flight to the US with only my valid green card and passport, no visa at all?

Hi me and my husband have the green card(valid till 2030), my son is an american citizen(he is a minor). We left the US a month before the pandemic to visit family 4 years ago, I was pregnant at the time. Due to the Pandemic we couldnt fly back when planned I had to give birth out the country, once my son was born he had a medical issue and needed operated on. We now want to return to the US but want to know what our chances are, as we havent returned in 4 years? If I did manage to get in, I am also worried as my youngest son doesnt have a green card, we lost the chance of him automatically being able to get one as we didnt return before his 2nd birthday( hes 3 now). It would be really appreciated if anyone could give me any information, thank you

My greencard and my mom’s greencard is still good for 7 years ( we had the ten year period green card). The reason we left from the u.s is that my mom and my step dad got a divorce. Now they want to reunite and be together again. It’s been three years since I live in the U.S, covid happened too. I lived in the U.S for six years before I moved back. Now I am about to apply for returning resident visa. But I don’t know if we will be approved. Do you have any thoughts about my case here. Please comment back thank you.
