In my opinion, this song could also be interpreted into having anxiety and/or, Schizophrenia. The parts where the animatronics sing could be used as the voices you seem to hear in your head along with it or the intrusive thoughts. *"In the end it's only me"* can be used as the guy taking medication for it and the nervous feelings and voices fading. Then, *"hey where did our new friend go?" "Don't worry he'll be back tomorrow."* Can be interpreted that the medication will wear off by the next day and will have to repeat it all over again. That's how I see it anyway, as a person with these problems. (Not trying to over analyze I'm just sharing my thoughts)
