Thats so scary.. over a million cases in the US alone - we’ll never get rid of Covid.. I’m in NZ and we’ve just become Covid-free, but I know for a fact that this is just the first wave. I’m scared as hell. Great editing as always, Kels 🖤

Hey Kelsey, hope you are doing well! I came from a Costochondritis video that you commented on. I think from a guy name Steve. I personally have had costo for a couple months now and it’s painful. I haven’t used the back pod daily so I don’t know if it’s useful. Any advice on how to improve/or get rid of the pain! I’m also a video editor so I spend a lot of time on my computer. So that doesn’t help at all.

Hi Bryan! Sorry to hear you've got Costochondritis too, it's awful! Using the Backpod daily is truly the best thing I can do for myself. I started with 3 pillows, then 2, then 1, then just the floor. When people get to that point, I think they start using it just once a week if not less. But being a video editor like you, definitely makes this difficult. It seems that sitting at a desk all day works against this so much that I can't miss a day of the Backpod. But when editing, be sure to sit all the way back in your chair and keep good posture. Make sure your computer is at eye level. Take several breaks. There are some stretches you can do too. But using the Backpod daily is what makes it bearable. You'll probably get very sore. But it gets worse before it gets better. Hope this helps! x
