@@jdp4581this house can be for civilians that get LQA, but only for short term TLF. You will look for your long term home (with our real estate listing agent) and initiate your LQA while staying here.

What is in Germersheim? We lived there 83-86. I thought it closed down for Families to move there?

@lynettecolvin8085 There is an Army Depot .... snd a major hub for DLA.... Defense Logistics Agency, shipping things to DoD installations all over Europe. I believe that Deca and the exchange also have warehouses there. 😉

Is this a rental arbitrage situation (renting and subletting a unit)? Being a stateside STR investor, I cannot imagine the complexities of running in STR in a foreign market. Way to go!
