There’s a page you might like on IG and Twitter called PICKINGMEFDN. They cover dermatillomania and trichotillomania it’s a good resource for skin pickers and hair pullers. Thank you for your comment and your time/view. I’m sorry to hear you deal with skin picking too and it’s so misunderstood. I’ve been picking most my life, have you tried fidget/stim toys? @@wheels_n_feels yes I have tried fidget toys but you can’t really use them in school much (where most of this skin picking occurs)because they are kinda loud sometimes

@@Hopothehipo you can get these little tiny soft rubber/silicone spiky balls that are really good to just roll between your fingers and they are small enough that no one should notice - I have a slightly bigger one that’s an orange cat lol. Also things like silicone face brushes with the silicone bristles maybe try something like that? You could cut it down so it’s small enough for your fingertips or palm. I found that kind of texture is really good for skin picking. What are you in school for?
