Greetings from Jonathan and Heather - still here until Saturday. It was so nice to meet YOU on our 4th trip to Jamaica Inn prior to learning of your public lives. You are truly a kind and lovely couple. A staff member guided us to this video - Thank you for capturing the magic and essence of our home away from home! I’ll be returning to this video often when we need a fix. Mr. Ovan took us to the turtles today and will be releasing them tomorrow/Friday. Shadow is sitting under my chair as I write. If you ever find yourselves in Florida with the kids (or without) look us up and we will show you the same hospitality we always receive from Jamaica. (Coincidentally, Jonathan is also a musician with a studio and we lead worship at our church - I was glad to be introduced this week to Glory to God - can’t get it out of my head). I stayed at this Inn about ten years ago, and yes; Jamaica is the most beautiful place in the World-Without question. The island is a paradise on earth. If only Jamaicans [realize that] and treated her with the monumental respect she deserves. Start by keeping her clean. Use less plastics and outlaw plastic bags on the island. Protect her reefs, and fisheries. Protect her natural resources and forestry for all to enjoy. And protect her citizens from lawlessness.
