Lute had a LOT to say to Lilith at the end of Hazbin Hotel season 1 and it got me thinking about what would happen after that moment they had on the beach. I see them both as headstrong women, while Lute fights for Adam and the ideologies they shared, Lilith holds a strong sense of independence through the deal she struck to live a life away from hell. I decided to rewrite Stayed Gone to show how I think things would go down between them on the beach! We got to see such an epic face off between Carmilla and Velvette in the show so I think it’s time we see another face off between two more strong-willed women! 😈🔥
For all of you theorists out there, in this song Lilith represents whoever Lute was speaking to on the beach regardless of whether it was really her or someone else disguised as her 👀

From the original Abrahamic mythology, Lilith would reject a direct order from God himself. In the beginning, she was told to boff Adam, and she didn't consent (she wasn't even a day old!). After that, God went... well, what you'd expect the kind of a thing an someone with entitled toxic masculinity with no oversight would do. And rather than break, Lilith sets out to do the undoable: To make the Almighty himself to be held accountable for his sins. (Obviously since it was written by a patriarchial society, they didn't see it that way, trying to say she should be punished for not doing what she was commanded, not understanding why she was wrathful towards God, but it's obvious to anyone with a sense of morality who was in the right and who wasn't.) And he's actually so afraid of her because she's *actually* effective and approaching the point of punishing him. That there's a lot of obvious holes in the bible at any point where she would be active is kind of evidence. For example, it starts at the obvious 'unnamed mystery woman that was created during the seven days creation that *wasn't* placed in the garden of Eden at the end requiring Eve to be created from a rib. "Hell" is actually a word, and it has a translation. The actual meaning is "The hidden place". Hidden from what? It doesn't say, but the implication is that Lilith is actually the creator of Hell, and somehow succeeded in hiding it from God himself. Where the wives of Cain & Able came from? Lilith. Why Mary didn't name her son "Emmanual" (basically a magical incantation for "god's meat puppet") and named him Jesus? (Deliver us... possibly from God.) Possible explanation? Lilith sabotaging the process. In fact, there's so many unexplained things in the bible that seem to point towards Lilith that in witchcraft circles, there's a saying, "Everything written on the lines in the Bible are the actions of God, everything written between the lines in the Bible are the actions of Lilith." So yea, Lilith is willing to go to any links to keep her right to consent and punish those who violate it, literally no matter who.

I actually really like the line 'this place is my end of the deal' makes me think she agreed to a sort of ceasefire with heaven because they were actually afraid of her. So they threatened Lucifer and Charlie unless she stepped down and took a passive role. Basically, not allowing her and her cunning to elavate sinners and hellborns to heaven. Hope it's something like that.

Another thing to add I like the parallel she has with Alastor in the song considering she may be likely to be the one that holds Alastor's soul in a deal. Otherwise why go through the trouble of making a deal with Charlie. Well, other than the obvious fact her dad is the king of hell but he doesn't really play a role in hell's active society. I'd imagine he would want power over lucifer to break his own deal. But whose to say lucifer has any say at all in soul deals. If he had he probably would have eliminated Alastor's power he had from those deals.

Once again, hitting it out of the park, Melody. Love the story potential of this song, along with the rewrite of Stayed Gone. Love that Lute is standing up to Lilith, fueled by not only anger at the Hazbins for killing Adam, but also hating that she's gonna need to resort to having to stand up to the original woman who stood up to Adam. All in a desperate bid to get from her to help get things "under control." Because of her anger and pride as the 2nd in command of the Exorcists, along with her former connections and whatever deal she had with Adam, and maybe a belief that God is on her side, Lute thinks that she can boss Lilith around... However, Lilith is a very powerful, prideful, and selfish "free spirit". She was a child of God before she disobeyed him, she betrayed Adam after he thought better than her, sided with Lucifer, built Hell and gained power with him, and now has even betrayed the fallen angel turned devil, too. She has gone from the first woman to the first demon, and not just the first, but the MOTHER of ALL Demons, not just Charlie, the Anti-Christ. She has so much power and freedom because she values herself above all others, so she cares not for Adam, Heaven, or even God anymore. With all this said, if Lute thinks that Lilith will let a little angel like her, a little former "plaything" of the 1st man she betrayed tell her what to do, then Lilith is going to remind her who she's talking to, and that not even GOD will protect Lute from her dark, hellish powers if she so chooses... Basically Lute: "Deal with YOUR HELLSPAWN!" Lilith: "I'm going to make you wish you left me alone and STAYED GONE." Very awesome lyrical creativity with this one, and I just loved the sheer royal tone with a tinge savagery you gave Lilith's voice. Also that "Now move, you bitch! You're blocking my sun!" Lute stood over Lilith blocking their artificial sun on the beach. Lilith kept her shades up, dismissive but annoyed at her sun being blocked. "Adam is dead and I'm in charge now. So you better go down there and sort out that little brat of yours!" Lute threatened leaning over Lilith on her beach chair, sneering at the 'queen of hell'. "Excuse me?" Lilith asked in a soft menacing voice. "The deal is done. You really thought you could have just stayed gone? Well not for long. Now the demons have won, you best get up cause there's a brand new dawn, go and stop your SPAWN!" Lute screamed at the end, her blood and some spittle flying from her lips as she yelled at Lilith. Lilith waved her hand, the blood and spittle flying away as she suddenly stood, Lute stepping back in some surprise from the sudden movement. "HA HA HA, is that an order?" Lilith asked, standing over Lute now, looking down at the stupid angel. "I run this ship now lets be clear. They took down Adam that's no joke the situation is severe. You have to, tear your subjects down, get them back in line, weaken all their hopes so they will take it as a sign, that there is nothing they can do, they will never be divine. It has to be now we're out of time!" Lute scream/sang back in Lilith's face, almost going to her tippy toes. "While you lounge and live your dream, she trying so hard to redeem all those sinners who already blew their shot. So if you want this paradise, go to hell and pay the price!" Lute finished demanding, swaying on her feet, still untreated from the battle and filled with wounds. "Back down there? Oh, I'd rather not." Lilith said dismissively, turning away from Lute and staring our on the beach with a small smirk. "This place is my end of the deal, your proposition has no appeal, how dare you try and threaten me, cause your boyfriend died and you chose to flee! I'll just keep doing as I please and who are you to disagree?" Lilith asked contemptuously before sitting back down in her beach chair and placing her sunglasses back on. "Now move you bitch, your blocking my suuuuuunnnn!" "What?!" Lute screamed in shocked rage. "You mustn't know me very well, your speaking to the queen of hell! I could bring you down have you begging on your knees. I couldn't care less what you lead, my power simply far exceeds your authority and that's a guarantee." Lilith smugly sang to the angel, sticking her nose up with a large smile. "Oh I'm sorry your highness but we've never needed you till now, so with all due respect get up and due somethi-ack!?" Lute had menacingly stepped forward, reaching for an angelic weapon that wasn't there. But Lilith was faster, standing up once more and grabbing the uppity angel by the throat with one arm and lifting her off the ground. "What was that?" Lilith asked as Lute struggled to use her one arm to pull off Lilith's arm but it was like iron, immovable for her. "Mmhhhm that's what I thought." She said with a chuckle. "I always win." Lilith began singing as her shadow grew darker and began expanding over the beach and the temperature plummeting. "I'm going to make you wish you died with him for your sins. Cause when I'm done you'll barely recognize what you've become, oh this will be fun~" Lilith hummed at the end, Lute only able to see the demonic eyes of the queen of hell staring down at her and finally she felt it, primal fear running through her heart as her vision began to fade. (Hope everyone enjoys my idea of what a music video would be like, constructive criticism is appreciated.)

Imma go ahead and also mention "Move you b*tch, you're blocking my sun." The reason I point this line out is because of how well aligned with cannon Lilith's attitude will likely look like. Why would she give two sh!ts about Adam dying? My current theory is that Adam made a deal with Lilith for her to step aside and allow the extermination in exchange for access to Heaven. Unbeknownst to the dumbass, she means for it to serve as a way to catalyze Charlie's endeavors, and forcibly employs Alistor to ensure she pulls it off. It's likely she was aware that Lucifer would not willingly push her forward on this path, understanding his (very rational) fear of heaven's reprisals. Recall that Charlie is unlike any other demon, either Hellborn or Human, as she is the daughter of a human turned Demon and an Angel. That potentially makes her a Nephalim and/or the entity referred to in the Judeao
