Staying at Hotel Scandic Rukahovi | Exploring Ruka Ski Village | The Rustic Wanderer

After I finished the 85Kms Karhunkierros trail, I was very tired and need some rest so instead of rushing back home immediately, I decided to get some rest at a hotel. I checked into the Hotel Scandic Rukahovi, which was my first ever stay with the Scandic group of Hotels. I absolutely loved the hospitality and the location. I was even upgraded to a Superior room for a much better view of the village and had a great time chilling there.
Special thanks to all the lovely staff I met during my stay. Also, getting here was quite a challenge and I stumbled upon a really kind Finn from Helsinki who went the extra mile to help me out. I will never forget such beautiful memories and kind gestures of people I meet as I explore the world. Thanks once again Jouni, I really appreciate everything you did for me.
