As an avid Star Wars and Star Trek fan, this would make a dream vacation stay! Bringing myself back down to earth (and budget), I will probably stay at a mid-range hotel (1,000-2,000 Baht). Great video!

This place is amazing. This is a "Do it at least once in your life" type places. As a Mega Nerd, I would be in Heaven here. The did have wings of Empire Tie Fighter, at the end sort of an Avatar scene with the Floating rocks. Thanks for giving us a view of this. Something like this with the whole experience would be $400 to $500+ a night in the US. $155 great deal. Wow.

Traveling back more than a few decades in 1965, a new hotel sprung up in the middle of the Arizona desert called the Space Age Lodge. We were smack dab in the Space Race with the Soviet Union at the time. We were just Air Force brats traveling through Gila Bend, but boy, did my parents get an earful from all four kids wanting to stay at the cool place. I imagine what captured our imagination then would be like comparing a pedal tricycle to your motorcycle today...but it captured our attention with awe and wonderment. When I get over to Pattaya, I can imagine reliving the same sense of wonder but allowing for all the technological advances since then. Nice vid, Loucous.

I was in Pattaya in March this year and it was still under construction looking from outside of Terminal 21 and it was a amazing view of this space hotel. Looks very beautiful from outside and inside and yes it will be nice to stay for the night or two. I'll definitely stay in this hotel for the price and the view looking out as far as possible .Thank you for your feed back and keep up the good job.

Wow that seriously is a stunning hotel, the rooms look amazing, although the food menu is quite small, i perfer smaller menus or you just never know what to order if menu is to large, absolutely amazing hotel

Great vlog Lucas. I actually visited the resort today for a tour only. Didn’t stay, but will in the future. Hotel or not, I NEVER go to the opening of a new restaurant. Just for the reason you stated. New staff all around that are working out the kinks of their responsibilities and their interpersonal dynamics if you know what I mean. I always give it a few months. That also allows for some time for early reviews to come in.

That's a great looking property with excellent amenities. We'll see how well it holds up over time. There was a space themed restaurant in Manhattan called "Mars 2112" with all the usual touristy shlock. I don't think it lasted more than a decade or so. I know that hotel cost a pretty baht to build, so they're planning on a long run.
