There’s a hotel in Birmingham me and my sister was gonna stay in a few days ago. It was exactly like that, especially the bathe room. We couldn’t stay in it after reading the reviews. And we left and stayed at the nearest Travelodge lol.

As head of housekeeping for 12yrs, that place you went to needs closing down ASAP. Did you look at the mattress, without sheets on, same with pillows. Don't know how they stay open regardless, of cost per night, the housekeeping need to be replaced, it looked like a filthy rat hole, thank God you left. X

You absolutely did the right thing leaving, I certainly wouldn’t have sat down on the bed let alone stayed in the hotel and that chair triggered me…yeah that chair has seen stuff 🙈. Nothing is worth risking your health and safety not even for a video, glad you are ok love

I went to New York & stayed in what was supposed to be a very popular chain of hotels , i booked around the April time well in advance of the holiday in July , when we arrived we were given a room that can only be compared to a closet, it had plugs hanging off the wall, the kettle took about 20 minutes to boil & apart from a bed & a bathroom their was virtually nothing in it...when i complained they apologised & said they had a conference that week & all rooms were booked but that didn't explain why as a consequence we'd been moved to a cupboard! We had no choice but to stay as we were there to attend two concerts at Madison Square Garden & it was the height of summer ....it is quite amazing what some places get away with

You did better than i would Demi , and stayed longer too , i would have walked after seeing the chair my love , that's before the horrible thin shoddy bedding , dangerous extractor fan in the bathroom , a window you had trouble opening and closing ( fire regulations) and the list goes on , for all those ppl that say what do you expect for £40 a night , you can get a midweek one night stay in a Premier Lodge for that 😂 I understand that some things get over looked , a dusty shelf or stray hair but c'mon guys all of you that are saying stuff ask yourself if you would stay 😂😂😂😂😂 Demi you did good my girlie ❤❤

I do prefer hotel reviews where the reviewer actually stays the night. I would have taken your partner with you or a friend. Also taken one of them door lock security things. Well,done for trying though and I’m not getting at you for going home as you were a woman on your own and scared.

For less than 40 a night what do you really expect? It seems more of a budget hotel, not the hilton. I don't generally agree with these videos. Should be supporting small businesses. If you stayed there (not for filming purposes) but for any other reason im sure the owner would probably be more greatful if you addressed the issues so they could fix it/improve instead of shaming on the internet. I like your other videos but these ones i do disagree with. If you had certain concerns about the reviews beforehand then don't book. These types if videos are purposely for shaming imo.

There’s some amazing hotels for £40 a night easy hotel and sleeperz being two of them, do I don’t think the price matters. This hotel does sell its rooms for up to £150 a night 😮 thank you for your comment. This hotel unfortunately has so many people complain and they don’t seem to care, they aren’t giving genuine people refunds when they address issues they have and overall seem to have rubbish service. I understand these videos aren’t going to be for everyone and hopefully you’ll enjoy my upcoming content more! ❤
