Awesome!! We visited the Polynesian for the first time on our last WDW trip back in February, and it’s an amazing place! We LOVED Trader Sam’s, such a bummer that it’s closed. We had the best meal at ‘Ohana with a view of the fireworks over the water. As we ate, we remarked about how cool it would be to stay in those bungalows. Lucky you!! Thanks for the tour of your place. It looks wonderful! Glad you got to stay there with your friends. 😊

That Lilo & Stitch picture is inside the regular one bedroom DVC rooms in the pullout bed too. I love it, it's so cute. We stayed there prior to having a child but left the pullout bed down because the little hammock picture is just so cute. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your resort hopping, it is so much fun to explore the different themes.

Being a retired travel agent, I have done that in many places, and countries, and I feel that it makes it even more fun!!! That reminds me of them place we stayed in Bora Bora except we could enter the ocean. I remember one trip u took to Disney wivout Sherri. Fiji is awesome, I have family there. Oh heyyyyy... We stayed at Coronado Springs on our last visit to DW. We were happy to discover that Rix does serve sit down breakfast - and the cost is the same as the loud, crazy, cafeteria-like space across the hall where everyone with kids goes. Highly recommend!

Tonga Toast is my favorite "must have" breakfast item at Kona Cafe ❤ My fiance and I stayed Club Level at Coronado Springs - Gran Destino Tower last year. GREAT views of the Hollywood Studios & EPCOT fireworks! I am so excited to see the rest of your adventures! It's a bummer Magic Kingdom isn't doing fireworks right now.. because that view from the bungalow balcony would be even more spectacular! 🤩

Walt Disney World was testing their fireworks a couple of weeks ago that we got to watch from the boat dock at Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort. It felt so good to see them, even though it was very sporadic. We heard they were testing for the anniversary celebration. Not sure if that was true, or not. Too bad you did not get to eat at Olivia’s at Old Key West. The food is very good there. I can’t wait to see which resorts you got to see. The weather has been crazy. I am guessing we were at Disney Springs the same day as you, but very briefly. Went back this past Thursday when the weather was a little nicer. So pretty over there, and not too crowded. Very happy you guys got to stay at the Poly. There is nothing better than seeing the castle and hearing the boats.

The last time I was at Disney world, around 2002, they closed Epcot at 4:00PM one of the days I was there. They closed it because a private individual rented the entire park for the remainder of the day. That's how the other half lives.

First of all....that is definitely one of my bucket list items, to stay there! I would love to stay in the bungalows, though really - I just want to stay at the Polynesian. Polynesia holds a special place in my heart for many reasons, so that has always been my favorite resort to visit. Kona Cafe - I've been several times and always am a little underwhelmed for lunch or dinner. But their BREAKFAST is amazing. And most people rave about the Tonga Toast, but for me - it's all about the Samoa, which is basically a poly style eggs benedict. I don't think it's on the menu right now though. Boo Covid. Did you guys visit Port Orleans Riverside? I hope so....that is one of my favorite resorts, with all the walkways and bridges over water....so relaxing. Great start to your vacation! Can't wait to see more!
