Staying in a mental health crisis house (UK)

My experience staying in a mental health crisis house. I wanted to make this video to raise awareness about crisis houses as i didn't know about them until i needed to use one. I'd love to talk more about it so please do ask me questions!

I have been offered to go to a crisis house but I am worried that if I go and I find I feel worse will they put me in hospital?

Hi Ellie, sorry I didn't reply to this! I've not been on this account for a while. Not sure if this is still relevant to you but crisis houses are really good in reducing hospitalisation and definitely helpful by having people around and checking in on you and making sure you stay safe I'd definitely recommend it
