Nice video! It sounds like you could do with opening a US or UK AMEX account in order to be able to transfer points to Emirates directly (and earn more points with the US card on ad spend). It's super easy to do as you already have the NL Amex credit history. I have some info about how to do this (did it myself), happy to share if you need.
