I'm a current pre-med student finishing up my bachelor's and I have a couple questions for you. First, what's your sleeping routine look like as far as the time you get up in the morning and go to sleep? Trying to establish some more disciplined sleeping habits and I've always been a night owl lol. Also, what's your take on caffeine consumption throughout the day? I'm currently going through a bad period of energy drink addiction with finals week coming up and really want to cut down and stop this bad habit.
