Awesome video. Been sticking with brooms on and off since set 1, the one main advantage of it is that they seem to get cards each set. Yen Sid is such an amazing power boost as well as the 1 drop. Hopefully they can rise to top 4 soon!

Great work on this video! Good summary of the current meta. Liked hearing the kingdom hearts soundtrack mixed in there! In regard to future videos, on the topic of set champ preparation, it would be interesting to hear what your thoughts are surrounding mulligans for specific meta decks into a variety of matchups. Also, how you might plan your game going into the mid/late game as well.

Amber-Steel / Amber-Emerald, I now love to use the sneak trick of Daisy Duck Musketeer, to make the oppoenent dioscard as she enters play, to back up in case you don'T get Ursula, Eric's Bride, to shift on Ursula , Devceiver (2). Usually You' don'T shift her on deceiver of all, evidently, and as cost 2 singer 4 singer self, she is better used non-shifted, unless you already got an ariel or Cinderella on the way thus making that cost 2 yellow Ursula shiftable for the devil that is Eric's Bride!!! Worse than Bucky sometimes

Awesome video! Love how high quality all of your videos are! What are you thoughts on A/S jafar for set championship? I ran it for the last set championship and it got me a stitch, but I don’t know if it will preform well for this set.

I don’t think it’s as strong as last set, but it’s one of those decks where you can just win if you find the right cards (as I’m sure you know) If you’re comfortable on it, you should do it! I would just practice through some matchups against the top 4.

Since your Pawpsicle video I've loved the playstyle of Ruby/Sapphire with items, though I'm surprised you didn't mention Nick Wilde at all for it or am I just out of the loop and he isn't as strong as he once was?

He’s not unplayable, but it’s hard to fit him in the list. With Tamatoa you can typically fish out any Popsicles you need.

It’s a fun and diverse combo. Lots of options for lore between goat, locations, and dime. The problem is it lacks the removal of Ruby or Steel. You can make due with Let It Go, Hades, etc but in some metas it can’t keep up or properly answer top lists. If you like the ideas though, you should rock it! Cheers.

Bucky has now been errataed to cost 3 Ink instead of 2 and removed his Ward :( It's going live now, but from 30th July its Live and the new rule for events

Taking develop your brain and gramma Tala out of my Ruby/Sapphire deck was a huge mistake. Not being able to cycle through your cards to find what you need really hurts this deck.

Sapphire-Ruby ther emissing the Ariel with +3Lore for items She just changes the game when they think Tamatoa is done for, add her and the lucky dime gets its power back 2 of her on the table and you win in 1-2 turns with a dime, when steel sing together 10 to kill her, they must take off one of their own character if ytou dont have 2 allies with Ariel :P saw it happen many times on Pixelborn, myu opponents were furious

I think only the 2 Sapphire decks really feel like true control decks, and even then, Blue Steel often feels more like a combo deck. I do agree the game is slower than usual, with aggro decks struggling to perform except in rare cases. This will change no doubt, there will always be a cycle of aggro being strong again.

There’s definitely some real upset potential from Emerald/Amethyst and other aggro decks. But in general, yes, Ruby and Steel are running things.
