Smart Balance is great because it does not affect the flavour of the food you are cooking. Also the oil has to have a high cooking point so the chef is correct. Grapeseed oil, canola are great for cooking at high heat.

I never in my life thought I would spend an hour..over dinner Watching Adam Houser cook a meal for his lovely bride!! I have watched this man for years at Fox News and I would wait and wait and wait to see him on camera...and then that day came when he said he was leaving. My heart was broken! I will never forget this evening...watching you on KZbin in Leavenworth, Wa Your wife loved her dinner...I was laughing at her, couldn't get the food in fast enough.

Hi Housleys, Pray all is well. I feel yall on the cauliflower. Raw cauliflower is so good. Also having it grilled and sauteed, baked or boiled w/ a lil salt and herbs is poppin. Raw cauli with the ranch dressing OMG! Thank u all for sharing. I enjoyed this video.

Love this salad!!!!love the video. Listen when you play back the video everyone keep your eye on the middle salad half, one of the raddishes has a happy/smiley face on it. Lol But no, I shouldn't feel this way because if I was making a video, I would want feedback from my viewers/audience... Of course not nasty and mean. They're such a nice family! I believe these girls, Tia and Tamera were raised with such good morals, manners, caring about others, and being on the right track in life! I go back to watching them on *Sister Sister* with my daughter when she was younger, she got older and grew out of TV but I kept watching it for years! I love that show, Jackie' cracks me up ( since 227) anytime I've heard them being interviewed they're such sweethearts and really down to earth. I don't know anything about Adam... Except he surely seems like a Great Guy, I'm glad they found each other, they're like 2 puzzle pieces that fit... Well on with the show! {I think I got carried away & said too much} right! Lol
