Thank you for sharing! You are such a beautiful person! I feel the same about my dad, he's 85 keeps coming through major heart issues and I keep saying oh he will make it through again. I'm 58 and can't even imagine my life without him, he's so determined and such a fighter! But I know tge reality of life, I lost my own child, she was 19... so I get it ...it's like with your Dad, you just think he'll always be there 😞

Irish American here. My dad sat at the head of the table and we were not allowed to speak. One time he was carving the roast, made a plate and started eating, and none of us said a word. Normally, he made a plate for everyone that we passed down the table and started eating after prayer. So we just sat there looking at him eating until he looked up. 😊 the. We couldn’t laugh. Lol
