Love that you are using a butcher knife. I stay using the faberware self sharpening butcher knife. For 10 bucks and stays sharp I think it's a great knife

Looks delicious, but adding olives, onions, and red peppers doesn't come close to sofrito, lol. You should now do a sofrito video to truly inform your viewers. Keep up the solid cooking.
