Natural veal schnitzel with mushrooms in a fine sauce. This is the simplest recipe on the Internet and proven successful. Soft as butter meat.
INGREDIENTS :
veal thigh
200 grams of mushrooms
butter
mustard
salt, pepper, rosemary, vegetables
1 clove of garlic
flour
RECIPE:
✅ Break the veal steak with a hammer and roll it in flour
✅ Pour oil or butter into the pan and fry the steaks until they are golden brown. Note, use a little more oil to fry the steaks nicely
✅ During frying, add a little mustard and 100 ml of water. A little salt, pepper and rosemary, mix everything
✅ Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes
✅ While the schnitzels are stewing, we will slice the mushrooms and after 10 minutes, add them to the pan together with 1 clove of garlic
✅ Lightly stew for another 10 - 15 minutes and, if necessary, add a little water and salt
