That chicken and dumplins looked like it had about 53 other ingredients in that lil bitty flat box....I think if it were me I would have opened the packages emptied out the contents and ate the plastic....lol going on ur descriptions alone...i have eaten maybe 4 or 5 mre's and that was way back during desert storm.....and there was only 1 or 2 different kinds we got to choose from. I think we lived on alot of the care packages we received ..... looked like ya had some delicious ants you could have eaton as well, aight den stay safe be healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the Marine Corps and hated some of the MRE's. The dumplings weren't the worst. Make sure you hydrate after eating those. They can stop you up or make it hurt taking a dump. Lol

Chicken and dumplings is up there on the list of mre. Veggie omelet was so bad it was discontinued. Chili Mac is the most coveted of all. We had recipes to mix and match mre items to make new menu items. Mixing orange drink mix and vanilla pudding makes creamsicle pudding and tabasco goes on everything.

I actually like having white noise when I sleep. It has to be constant though, so I don't know how I'd deal with the stopping and starting back up. Maybe it wouldn't be that bad since it goes for a long period of time before shutting off. I had high hopes for the chicken and dumplings. Those hope immediately died once I saw what it looked like. Haha Always a good idea to have a backup.
