ALl you winter campers are unaware of how to properly use a winter sleeping bag. 1st to many layers sleeping closest to skin is best, or wear dry fit clothing. And the best style is to get a -50 mummy bag not the garbage your wasting your money on. Wanna save some money try an army/navy store military artic sleeping bags are awesome. I used to camp alot in the winter with one and i slept in my underwear only in my military -50 sleeping bag while everyone else around me was froze because they didnt come prepared. Thanks for the video but preparedness is needed.

I typically don't eat breakfast only a mid size meal. I never eat after 5:00pm. I have lost major weight. My heaviest at 204lbs 7 years ago to 173lbs today! Health check's every 6 months...blood pressure, cholesterol, sugars all down significantly. The key is your reducing food intake. Especially as you age. I drink lots of water too, maybe 2 to 3 bottles a day.

I used to fast for 3 days, and it was nothing, when I was younger. I used to eat 1 meal a day, and that helped get into the 3-day fast. Ken, I love honeydew melon when it is ripe. I like it with lemon juice squeezed on it, with a little salt and pepper. Yum. My dog Pandora RIP, used to love honey dew melon. Oh, and me and my mom love rye bread/toast, and watching your videos!
