That is a great looking tent, your locations you pick are breath taking. It is amazing how camp equipment is designed to be easily stored for hiking we can fold up, pack and head out, and yet unpack and make a completly well equipped campsite this allows people to pack, hike and not be tired out before they even get to their desination. We always had 2 rules tent camping. Never touch the inside of the tent when it was raining because it will leak where something touches it, and keep the door closed cause the bugs will get in. ☺

Same here, my mom would yell at us for touching the sides or pulling on it in any way. She said it not only would make it leak, because it rubs the weather proofing off, but it breaks down the fibers.

Hi Gaz and Fendi, yet another awesome video. The historical information that you give out in your videos about your camping area is always really interesting. I bet you had a cracking view of bonfires and fireworks if it wasn’t rained off. Fendi looked very smart as per usual, have you seen the equi fleece brand for pups. I’ve got a few for my Jack rascal and some of them are waterproof even though they are fleece. If you’d like any info let me know . Looking forward to the next video and have a great week. 🐸👻💀

Glad you finally got some good pillows!! I had a similar issue but for my bed and it took alot of money and pillow trying of every kind to finally get the right one, Pacific Coast Down 75 us $ but it's the best pillow I've ever had hands down. I need a soft pillow and I basically tuck it under my neck and head. They have firm too but it's too hard for me. Also, get one of those sheets for your bed so you don't feel the cold come through. Sleeping bag would be smart tk lay on so you don't feel the cold but you have to carry it and I doubt you want to carry 2 sleeping bags. Or just lay in the sleeping bag the proper way. I personally didn't like being locked up in the bag so use it as a blanket too. Stay safe Gaz!!! Much love from Florida! ❤❤

Hiya Gaz. If you can get some wood capsule cat litter, it's really excellent for this type of stove. Tried it on one of my wood burner stoves, and when it has burned down, it goes to charcoal, which you can keep adding to. Good luck and always, always..... be safe. From Thomas in Manchester.

I always use a silver army emergency blanket under my air matts , they 12 quid and they great , a little bulky but very lite weight , you can cut them in half for a single air matt and jaffa tape the cut edge, I bought a hennesy hammock with the hennesy heat reflective matt, I might try that in a few weeks under my matt

Those air pads are notorious for pulling the cold out of the ground. My X and I ended up bringing a wool blanket to lay under the air pads between the ground and that seemed to eliminate the “cold air” that would develop in the air mattress. You can also put a thin blanket between your sleep bag and the air pad, that keeps your body warm too.
