It’s nutty. Games that I expect would run poorly, get 50-70 fps. I suspect the games that run poorly are CPU bound.

It's easy to set it yourself. I don't even use the settings and Ghost is running at 54/55 fps on oled.

Steam deck oled is great but they seriously need a GPU upgrade ASAP. I know majority are fine but I see every game you've played is very lower resolution and textures. Frame rate is sub 30 to 40 fps. I just can't play like that. Now it's mostly newer titles and everything else that's 3 plus years older looks and runs great.

i feel like they need a CPU upgrade more than GPU.. considering most of the games that have issue running on the deck are CPU bound games instead of GPU bound.

Valve waiting for a more capable amd chip for their new device. Amd releasing ryzen Z2 in 2025. So I think they wait for amd to release their most powerful chip, so the valve can use it in steam deck 2. I think they are doing the right thing waiting for this new amd chip. I heard this chip is very powerful.
