In this benchmark video, I want to show you the performance difference between the standard Steam Deck and the Steam Deck OLED.
I've chosen 'Deus Ex: Mankind Divided' with the high graphics preset for this comparison. You might not notice the differences immediately, but the results speak for themselves.
As you can see, the minimum FPS is about twice as high on the OLED, and both the average FPS and the max FPS are about 2 frames per second higher on the OLED, representing roughly a 5% difference.

TDP is same ? It's not a shader compilation issue ? This min fps differenced caused by just by faster RAM or/and cooling in oled model ?

I've tested it again and had roughly the same results. But I think the low min fps is specific to this game, because in other games the difference in min fps wasn't that much. Maybe its a combination of faster RAM, better cooling, "smaller" APU and this specific game engine.

Is there a way to screen record on steam deck at least 20+ minutes or stream without pc or laptop

Regarding screen record: you can use OBS in Desktop Mode or Decky with the Decky Recorder in gaming mode. And you can also stream your ps5, xbox, game pass or ps plus to the steam deck without pc or laptop.
