Love the detail of the organ but why the figures not moving?

I know what you mean, because before when I’ve been when this carousel was there it’s a different that’s there now And because I’ve grew up seeing the carousel there I use to see the figures moving sometimes in front of the organ And in some other KZbin videos of the museum and the carousel I have seen them move before I think maybe probably the automaton bellows underneath them could maybe not have been switched on or activated for them to have moved.
