蒜蓉粉絲蒸龍躉柳
材料:
龍躉柳1磅
蒜蓉1湯匙
綠豆粉絲2兩
處理:
1. 預備蒜頭醬:
a. 生粉1/4茶匙
b. 蒜蓉1湯匙
c. 雞粉1/3茶匙
c. 糖1/3茶匙
2. 粉絲,清水浸軟。
3. 龍躉柳,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾,切細舊,放碗內。
4. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙,灒入蒜蓉醬內,撈勻,加入魚柳內,撈勻。
5. 粉絲,剪短,放碟上,龍躉柳放在上面。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚6分鐘。
3. 蒸好。
4. 完成,灑上放芫荽碎及辣椒碎在魚上。
5. 可享用。

Ingredients:
Giant grouper fillet 1 lb
Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Mung bean vermicelli 2 taels
Preparation:
1. Prepare garlic sauce:
a. Tapioca starch 1/4 tsp
b. Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
c. Chicken powder 1/3 tsp
c. Sugar 1/3 tsp
2. The vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns soft.
3. The fish, rinse with tap water. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. Cut in small pieces. Put in a bowl.
4. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. Pour the oil into the garlic sauce. Mix well. Put into the fish. Mix well.
5. The vermicelli, cut in short lengths. Put on plate. The fish, is to be put on top.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 6 minutes.
3. Steam well.
4. Complete. Put coriander and chili cubes on top of the fish.
5. Serve
Dinner is to be prepared at home tonight. Steam fish fillet, no need for experience, you can do it too.
