yes, Animus: Stand Alone is a Mobile Game, I've played it for like a year now. Possibly the best and only Souls Like Games in my iPhone as well. It's basically a single player offline version of the game IRE: Blood Memory.

That second game looks fairly decent. I mean, it obviously still has a lot of cleanup and balancing work ahead of itself but at least it's not just a boring asset flip. First one is harder to judge. Doesn't look that great but if you literally cannot read what it is about that's just a general problem.

Also in ire it's repeated bosses because if you payed attention to the cutscences and interactions , your traversing through an army of these fuckers to get to the big boss at the end of the chapter

Brutal Beat, majority of the games on nes is literally harder than anything you'll ever encounter in dark souls. Even the god Miyazaki himself said that the difficulty was always fair, and never a goal. And honestly, if you have a lot of troubles playing Dark Souls you're either playing it first few days or never played it at all. I'd say that difficulty in dark souls is "medium" if you compare it to all the games, so no, souls-like is not about difficulty, it's about having a health and stamina bars, and also rolls... So yeah, this game is definitely souls-like, at least more than crash bandicoot.

Animus is a mobile game and it's biggest comes from that fact. It slows down significantly very early. The crazy movesets are pretty fun though. I'm a sucker for movesets with shield attacks and for good claw like weapons. I think the strongest weapon for me was a Lance or a pike or smth like that

The second game is kinda like a spin-off ver of mobile game 'Ire' made by Korean programmers. It's pretty obvious this game is hugely influenced by Soulsborne. Btw, the name of the corporation is 'tenbird', and if you directly translate that into Korean it means SOAB. Hope you keep playing this game.

Nioh 2 is cming next year, Elden Ring hopefully too...Long period of time wheres nothing to play so why not putting it into his List of good games. Dark Souls 3 is boring...maybe Dead by daylight as survivor would be great but yeah.

@@sikevillain Ye i know the Code vein problem. This is the first Souls-Like i didnt play twice after i finished the first playtrough in Hard Mode without NPCs or other Players. If you beat the game, theres nothing left like in Sekiro, Dark Souls etc. etc. You can find everything in the first round if you just open your eyes. On PC you also find no PPL anymore if you try to play with someone...game's already dying.

Acetala Vista Baby It’s actually better than lords of the fallen. It just takes a long ass time to get used to and the only good weapons I believe are like a katana and a hammer which change up the mechanics and speed of combat. It’s surprisingly addictive but janky as fuck.
