Pythagoras therom is used to solve for the true offset of Rolling offsets in any angle. To find the travel in a simple 45° angle you multiply the offset or advance "both are the same that's what makes it a 45° angle" by 1.414.

@@passangsherpa6831 in this area about 20 dollars more an hour and more work for pipefitting. ac service professionals dont usually make big money till they become owner. as a pf you can make over 100 000 as a apprentice if you travel

@@passangsherpa6831 your work will mainly be plumbing and pipefitting also a lot of traveling because in south there are not many unions and the pay is lower. call your local apprenticeship and ask them what you need to do to apply.

15 year fitter/hvac and yup it sucks and pays decent but honestly I’d rather be inside and warm/cool making the same money with out the back/every bone pain.

Okay, I'm not a good explained but I will try. Formula: A^2+B^2=C^2 Remember 3 Power of 2 doesn't mean 3 time 2,but it actually mean 3 time 3 For example: 2^2=4 2^3=8 2^4=16 2^5=32 A^2+B^2=C^2 Three power of two is equal to nine. Six power of two is equal to thirty six. Now you plus A and B together to get C so nine plus thirty six equal to forty six. 3^2=^6^2=C 3^2=3*3=9 6^2=6*6=36 A(9)+b(36)=(C)45 9+36=45 _/6.7 I hope this explain it.

You understand the only way to use 45* is if the rise and the run are equal...... Your entire formula is correct except the two angles of the triangle will not be 45*s... 45* would be a=3, b=3.

Bending will restrict flow.

We don't bend copper pipe. We bend acr copper tubing. You don't bend pipe, you bend tubing. Hence why it's called a tubing bender not a pipe bender.

The reason we don't bend copper pipe is because it stretches the outer radius of the bend, making the wall thinner leading to premature failure. Most copper in hydronic systems are soldered, not brazed. Typically brazed joints are used in soft drawn copper @sean poore (ACR), in refrigeration applications, although they are used in other applications as well. Bending @dontehll454 will actually decrease laminarity/flow or increase what's called pressure drop, but in comparison to a 90º fitting all of these effects are less in comparison using bends.
