⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 陳皮蒸鮑魚 材料: 鮑魚5隻 陳皮1塊 蔥1條 薑1小舊 辣椒仔1隻 處理: 1. 陳皮,清水浸軟。 2. 用匙羹起出鮑魚肉,除去內臟,放碗中。 3. 鮑魚肉,加入生粉1湯匙,輕手除去表面污漬,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 4. 鮑魚殼,洗擦乾淨。 5. 放鮑魚肉在殼內,排好在碟上。 6. 陳皮,切幼絲,放鮑魚上。 7. 蔥,保留尾段。 薑,拍鬆。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1茶匙,爆香薑、蔥。 2. 聞到香味,轉慢火。 3. 加入: a. 清水3湯匙 b. 生抽3湯匙 c. 糖1/4茶匙 4. 香蔥豉油已煮滾,用隔篩過濾在碗內。 5. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。 6. 大火蒸鮑魚3分鐘。 7. 加入香蔥豉油,提升鮮味。 8. 放上蔥花及辣椒粒。 9. 完成,可享用。 Steam abalone with dried orange peel Ingredients: Abalone 5 Nos. Light soya sauce 3 tbsp c. Sugar 1/4 tsp 4. Green onion soy sauce has been heated up, filter it in a bowl. 5. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. 6. Steam the abalone at high flame for 3 minutes. 7. Add in the green onion soy sauce to enhance the taste. 8. Put green onion and chili cubes on top. 9. Complete. Serve.
