Behnaz, there is a mistake in the title of the video in English. They CARP fish not CRAP fish. I hope I did not offend you pointing this out. The two words have very different meanings. In our modern western world, most of us are far removed from the land and source of our food. Watching your videos lovingly preparing meals directly from the land, and by hand, takes me back to my youth and time spent in the garden with my grandparents. The food was so much tastier when it was fresh and made by hand. Thank you for your videos.
