[Steamed seafood bean sprouts]
1. Clean 2 squids and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare 20 frozen shrimp
3. Wash 1 bag of 500g bean sprouts and set aside.
4. Slice 1/2 onion, slice 2 Cheongyang peppers, and 1 red pepper diagonally.
5. Cut 1 green onion in half and cut into 3-4cm long pieces.
6. Thickly chop 10 perilla leaves.
7. Make the seasoning (3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic, 0.5 tablespoons ginger syrup, 1 tablespoon dashi)
8. Spread bean sprouts in a pan, add squid and shrimp on top, add 1/2 cup of water, and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
9. Pour the prepared seasoning sauce, add onion and pepper, and mix evenly over high heat.
10. Add green onions, perilla leaves, sesame oil, pepper, and sesame seeds and stir-fry.
11. Mix 2 tablespoons of starch powder and 4 tablespoons of water in a bowl and pour in little by little until thickened.
[Boiled cutlassfish and radish]
1. Clean and wash the cutlassfish well.
2. Cut 1/2 radish into large chunks and slice 1/2 onion.
3. Slice 2 Cheongyang peppers and 1 red pepper diagonally.
4. Cut 1/2 green onion in half and cut into 3~4cm long pieces.
5. Make the seasoning (2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic, 0.5 tablespoons ginger syrup, 3 tablespoons cooking wine)
6. Put radishes in a pot, put cutlassfish on top, and add onions.
7. Pour the prepared seasoning sauce, add 2 cups of water (dash water) and close the lid.
8. Boil over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until the radish is soft.
9. Boil while pouring the broth in between. When the broth thickens, add it to the boil.
10. Add sliced peppers and green onions and boil a little more.
[Vegetable Salad]
1. Dice 1 apple, cut 1/2 red paprika, and 1/2 yellow paprika into squares.
2. Cut one cucumber in half, remove the seeds, and cut into squares.
2. Cut 1 pack of crab meat into squares, boil 1/2 broccoli, and tear into pieces.
3. Prepare 5 tablespoons of corn and 2 tablespoons of raisins.
4. Cut 3-4 pineapples into squares and tear one small head of lettuce (you can omit the ones you don’t have).
5. Make sauce (3 plain yogurt, 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lemon vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons pineapple water)
6. Add all the ingredients, pour the prepared sauce, and mix gently to complete.
