🔔 Steamed shiitake mushrooms. (1T = rice spoon)
350g shiitake mushrooms, 4T water, 1T (5g) salt, 1T (20g) rice powder, 2T (40g) raw bean powder, 2T sesame oil, ½T (4g) minced garlic, ½T Korean style soy sauce, ½T sesame seeds.
✨ Steamed shiitake mushrooms. (Please refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Clean the shiitake mushrooms.
2. Add shiitake mushrooms and 3T of water, mix, then add 1T (5g) of salt and mix. Add 1T of water, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
3. Add 1T (20g) of rice powder to the shiitake mushrooms and mix.
4. Add 2T (40g) of raw soybean powder and mix.
5. When the water boils in the steamer, place a cotton cloth, add shiitake mushrooms, and steam over high heat for 7 minutes.
6. Transfer to a sieve and cool.
7. Add shiitake mushrooms and 2T sesame oil and mix evenly.
8. Add 1/2T (4g) minced garlic and 1/2T Korean style soy sauce and mix.
9. Add ½T sesame seeds and mix.
