Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp ube extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk/fresh milk
100ml water
2 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
Do not overcook. The puto becomes flat when overcooked.

Hi, yes it taste the same to me. However I prefer steam, it’s softer and smoother.
