Moon cup and period knickers all the way!! I started using the moon cup 3 years ago and it was life changing, after I had my child I couldn't use tampons and was due my period on holiday and didnt want to miss out on swimming etc. I haven't looked back, Sam i reckon you would be fine with it. Better for the environment too and also natural no toxins xx

My daughter wears the period knickers (primark do them) she wears them when she's at school with a pad for extra protection, so she hasn't got the fear of leaking in school😢.(she's 12) we are fairly local to your area, Sam, and she loves you both😊 Genius idea if you ask me!
