Steampunk Lighter "Defender" for One American Military Man

Hello everyone.
In this video I will show you the process of making a steampunk lighter for one American military man. I wanted to design a lighter in the shape of a man's chest and a defender's shield and that's what I got.

Glenn Wyant I gave up smoking over 40 years ago and I've quite a collection of zippo lighters .and I don't plan to start smoking anytime in the soon .

Grind a very small chamfer on the knurling wheels so that you can travel easier side to side (you can do both sides, i did only the one leading in). To get an idea on how big the chamfer needs to be, google "knurling wheel" on google images and you'll see both variants, with or without, but trust me, the knurl wheels with chamfers work far better.
