Nice piece, but too much high note trumpet. High note trumpet sucks unless it's played by a high note specialist like Wayne Bergeron. NOTHING is as cringe-worthy as out of tune high note trumpet.

I agree that a bad first trumpet isn't friendly to listen to, but this chart is written for a professional standard, Eb is the highest note (F# optional at the end) and this is within a professional first's range.
