Hope we get SSB Ultra instinct in future updates. Since UI is a Technique an not a transformation Goku can use it in any form. The reason Goku an Vegeta change when they use UI or UE is cause Saiyans naturally change their outer appearance when using techniques. Like SS God is just them using God Ki but they turn red cause they are Saiyans
