In the vein of telling crazy "I shouldn't have won here" stories: I was up against a Freeza at Waterfront- it's...going about how you'd expect, except somehow nobody's really died yet. Downed yes, but not dead. So the Freeza *_somehow_* gets all 7 dragon balls and wishes for immortality- he was level 3, so even if anyone had tried to stop him they would've died. Then, STM comes down, and he manages to down two people on his way there, getting to Final Form. The rest of the match is just us holding him off the STM as he tries to kill us, barely keeping each other from dying (Woo, SENZU BEANS) until he fires off a Death Slash and wipes everyone but me, then goes to blow up the STM. At that point the STM was like...99% done, so I go "fuck it, balls to the wall-" I run up, do the weak punch you do whenever you try and attack the raider without change power and the animation of him swatting me away lasts just long enough to screw him over. I wish I was recording this, cause mannnnnnn the salt had to be OBSCENE.

I mean he probably did necessarily get to decent level that easily, thats just how common people that hide and wait for ETM are. I mean you even said yourself that you're about hide at first so that kinda goes to show how quickly people go to hide and how effective it is. As for him being lucky, freiza's whole gimmick is that namekians without a db give alot of change power so him killing 2 namekians in d immediately got him to lv 2

Yeah sometimes it's hard to fight the urge to hide and actually engage in a fight if you can just out cockroach the raider.

Worst map is for sure waterfront war zone, I picked buu and went all the way to super buu without even attacking a single survivor..... I really hope season 2 fixes alot of the issues in the game and add more content

Pretty sure getting to level 12 raider is like 3-4 matches. It only starts taking long after like 30

Depends on how many points they got. All plat usually gives 2-3 levels early on, so they could have anywhere between 3 and 14 matches.

@@twinodoom Idk about it being over 7 matches. Level for both sides are insanely fast early on, plus theres been an exp boost going on. My friend has only gotten on 3 separate times with me and he already in the 30s on surv

@@popcornlieutenant Survivors level at a different rate from Raiders. I'm also accounting the higher end based on the possibility that the Raider may have played as the Raider before the xp event started.

@@twinodoom Its not too much of a difference, it probably only seems that way cause of how many games it takes to actually play as the raider. And the chances of them playing that raider outside of the event are very low. This event's been on for weeks and before it, there were multiple events. Them being that low and having that little game sense, makes it far more likely that they leveled up pretty fast from the event

@@popcornlieutenant On average, it's still 2-3 levels on a win and 0-2 on a loss depending on how well or poorly the Raider did. They mainly get points based off how many transformations they completed and how many survivors/civilians were killed (not just downed), so you don't gain as much xp if you lose as Spopovich or Fat Buu compared to reaching Super Buu and Kid Buu.

Well speaking from personal experience, yeah sometimes you can get so cocky as the raider that you literally can turn off your brain for the majority of the match. Which often leads to matches like this

Wouldn't really call that a comeback. Your team was never at a disadvantage with this raider to begin with. The raider sucked. He just killed some civs and blew up some areas. You had the entire team to fight him with (aside from when the one person towards the end eventually died).

I give you respect for not using Super Electric Strike that is the only thing on Survivor side that needs to be nerfed.

Things that needed to be nerfed: Cell's evolution (seriously, he evolves way too easily), Raider ki sense cooldown, Inside of Super Buu, Frieza Death Beam (Seriously, it should not be hitscan), Buu's Go Go Gum, Angry Shout's damage, Super Electric Strike Things that needed to be buffed: Vegeta's Gloves, reviving (it should not remove an entire dragon change meter), Survivor stun moves (they should not be allowed to be countered by after image like, HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A SINGLE DRAGON BALL CHARACTER USE AFTERIMAGE TO REMOVE THE EFFECTS OF SOLAR FLARE, NO, YOU HAVENT, CAUSE ITS NOT A THING), Spopovich (I mean... he's the worst part of playing Buu, he can barely deal with a level 0).

@@woobgamer5210 Why should Buu's Go Go Gum be nerfed? Its duration was nerfed because people abused ki blasts with it. Much more and it'd be useless it's also destructable and dodgeable. I agree reviving shouldn't remove all dragon change or at LEAST let Senzu Beans fully restore the change meter if they aren't going to give I-frames during the get up animation.

Raider damage in general needs to be nerfed Raiders shouldn't beat my dragon change with only 2 attacks if I'm the same level or higher than the Raider, Senzu Beans should give full dragon change meter that would make them actually useful and lore accurate, Super Electric Strike should have more start up frames and slower travel speed.

There is if you attack from above they go down if hit from below the go up. Sadly Dumps didn't let Survivors have the ability to choose direction so that's all we got.
