You didn't blow off all the dust from the holes after drilling with an air compressor. I am an inspector and inspected drilled in anchors whether with the lag bolts or epoxy bolt, it has to be blown clean with an air compressor. Of course with epoxy bolt, it has to be clean with a wire brush also.

That's a good idea, I install bollards for Walmarts sometimes and they have 2 removable bollards in the middle. I install them this way, I feel bad for the average person that has to remove them, they're 4 feet deep in the ground, and weigh about 300 pounds 😂

Good question! So that really depends on the competition in your area and what is exactly needed. So If its a bolt down bollard such as these ones. I would charge for your material of course and then your time. A job like this could range from $500-$800 CND easily. I have minimum charge for any of my services when I show up.
