Anyone looking for the lyrics? I can help you with that: In the middle of the summer In the middle of the night She was deaf from her own heartbeat. Still she heard something move It was just out of sight And the morning was way out of reach. Questions may be answered By the light of the day But it's so far away When things go Bump in the Night Bump in the Night The stairway's a dragon When you turn out the light And things go Bump in the Night She'd been dreaming of demons Dreaming of fire Dreaming the deluge was near. When something awoke her Like the voice of a child And suddenly nothing was clear. Logical conclusions Get harder to make As you lie there awake And things go Bump in the Night Bump in the Night Bump in the Night The stairway's a dragon When you turn out the light And things go Bump in the Night She'd been dreaming of demons Dreaming of fire Dreaming the deluge was near. When something awoke her Like the voice of a child And suddenly nothing was clear. Logical conclusions Get harder to make As you lie there awake And things go Bump in the Night Bump in the Night The coat rack's a madman When you turn out the light And things go Bump in the Night Logical conclusions Get harder to make As you lie there awake And things go Bump in the Night Bump in the Night The stairway's a dragon When you turn out the light And things go Bump in the Night Bump in the Night Bump in the Night Bump in the Night The stairway's a dragon When you turn out the light And things go Bump in the Night

If I could mod the soundtrack of my racing games (Gran Turismo, Forza Motorsport/Horizon, Need for Speed), THIS Is one of many countless songs that I would add into the race bgm! Seriously, think about it! I don't know about you, but I can easily see myself driving really fast down an empty highway with this song blasting out the stereo! It’s no point arguing over taste, but come now, GNR Appetite for Destruction is one of the best debut albums of all-time and simply must be included on the list of best hard rock albums of all time. You may say they are not your cup of tea, but their artistry, lyricism, and kick-ass rocking out on A for D are hard to deny. My favorite is Mr Brownstone. Back when I was a tiny kid going to CYO dances, Paradise City, Sweet Child O’Mine, and Welcome to the Jungle ruled supreme in the clubs. But the whole album, from My Michelle to Night Train, is a near-perfect distillation of 80s hard rock while still managing to take it to new and harder places. And it’s not as though they didn’t have any further hits on the Illusion albums. I mean hell, Patience and November Rain are only two of the classic songs off those albums that have taken their place in the great American song catalogue. I’m not sure which band you’re in the corner of, but suffice it to say they’d have a hard time topping either of those efforts. And for me, I give a bands credit for expanding its musical boundaries and not just doing cookie cutter albums over and over again. Oh and don’t tell me GNR didn’t live up to the hard rocking image either: they did it in spades, Zeppelin-like. So what exactly is your gripe?
@thingfish0002 жыл бұрын
Sirius XM has several stations that play 80s rock: Ozzie's Boneyard, 80s on 8, Hair Nation, etc.
