This video is a gem, throughout my life working out I’ve noticed that the joints in the muscle tendons that surround the joints can be taxing especially when you’re packing on muscle much faster than what the joint is ready to handle. Phenomenal video very well done!!! Just subscribe, notifications bell on!!!

Brother thank you SO much for trying to focus on durability, full range of motion and conditioning for safety within calisthenics. Not many creators are going out of the way to discuss and what I have found after using your tips is that it improves strength, flexibility and physique to an extent that I previously thought of as incomprehensible. Definitely going to implement these tips in my upcoming workouts. Have a good day friends

Good video and points to consider! One more thing that should be taken into account is the arm span. The grater your arm span, the more risk of injuries in the hand joints, therefor longer conditioning and greater strength are required!!! This formula in regards the iron cross found over the net can be applied to all static exercises performed by hands support only ""Torque is determined by multiplying the applied force by the distance from the point of rotation to the point where the force is applied. For an iron cross, in common parlance this means half your body weight times the length of your arm from shoulder to wrist times two.""

Your wrist and shoulder videos have helped me a ton. I've gained a lot of weight since covid and going back to the gym and attempting pull ups is no joke when you weigh 20kgs more than you did the last time you did them. I've had to take my time and condition my joints even for just the basic pushup pullup and dip movements as my joints were not used to doing these with extra 20kgs of weight. I've since been able to sort out most of my weaknesses and now im starting to progress with my pull ups quite consistently! However in doing overhead press, the act of lifting dumbells and going from a pronated grip to a supinated grip, i injured my right elbow. Its happening because im progressing on my overhead pressing strength rapidly but not conditioning my wrist and elbow strength to accomodate for the extra weight. So this video definitely helps give some ideas for what to do. Appreciate it!

Thank you for all these nice examples. I also checked your video about the shoulder, great as well. The only thing is that there are way too many exercises to do :) It would be super nice to propose a condensed video for all 3 joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist) and which basic exercises would cover the initial needs of beginners. I would thank you forever :)
